Emergency Food Service at Bright Path Center
A Safety Net of Nutrition
Our Emergency Food Assistance Program serves as a beacon of hope for those grappling with the risk of hunger and food insecurity. Rooted in compassion and driven by the need to alleviate immediate hardship, our program strives to ensure that no one in our community goes to bed hungry.
Whether you’re a homeless individual caught in a storm of uncertainty, or someone teetering on the edge of homelessness, we’re here to help. Our program provides nutritious meals and essential grocery items to individuals and families in dire need. Our aim is to bridge the gap between empty stomachs and nourished bodies, helping our clients to regain strength and refocus on their journey towards stability.
This initiative has been able to make a profound impact in our community, thanks to the generous support of our primary partners and donors, which include Whole Foods, Los Angeles Food Bank, Smart & Final, Target, and Ralphs.

Addressing the Root Causes
Supplemental Support: On-site Food Pantries
For residents and clients at our permanent supportive residential housing facilities, we offer an on-site food pantry, located at: 651 E. 55th Street, Los Angeles, CA. 90011, and 3314 W. 55th Street, Los Angeles, CA. 90043.
These pantries provide groceries at no cost to our low to moderate-income neighbors and clients, supplementing what they may lack at home. By providing food, we aim to help individuals and families use their limited resources for other essentials, such as rent and utilities, effectively aiding in reducing homelessness.
