About the Event
Each year, Bright Path Center comes together with our community to host our Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive — a heartfelt initiative to ensure families experiencing food insecurity can enjoy a nutritious, warm holiday meal.
What It Is
The Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive is an all-hands event where we collect, package, and distribute Thanksgiving meal boxes to individuals and families in need. Each box includes the staples for a holiday dinner — turkey or plant-based main, stuffing, vegetables, pie and more — along with helpful recipe/instruction sheets.

Why It Matters
- The holiday season often increases food insecurity for households already stretched thin.
- Many of the people we serve are recovering from illness, housing transitions, or other vulnerable situations — this drive offers dignity, warmth and community connection.
- By rallying together with volunteers, local businesses and donors, we multiply our impact and build caring neighborhoods.
Who We Serve
- Families and individuals who may be experiencing one or more of the following:
- Food insecurity or limited access to full holiday meals
- Housing instability or recent transition to shelter or supportive housing
- Recovery from illness, surgery or behavioral-health crisis
- Limited cooking facilities or resources
